Hoshiarpur, May 25 ( Tarsem Diwana ) – A high-level delegation of The Working Reporters Association (Reg.) Punjab, India honoured the Honorable Deputy Commissioner of Hoshiarpur, Mrs. Ashika Jain at the District Administrative Complex. On this occasion, the Punjab President of the Association, Mr. Balvir Singh Saini, Joint Secretary (India) Tarsem Deewana and Vice Chairman Punjab Gurbinder Singh Palaha were specially present. The delegation of The Working Reporters Association (Reg.) Punjab, India met her at the Deputy Commissioner’s office and honored her by presenting her with a memento and a dushal.
Meanwhile, the office bearers of The Working Reporters Association (Regd.) Punjab, India, during a meeting with Deputy Commissioner Mrs. Ashika Jain IAS, gave detailed information about the seminar organized by the association to improve the performance of media personnel. They discussed the points that emerged from this seminar and appealed for cooperation from the district administration on some issues.
Meanwhile, while talking to the journalists, the leaders of the association said that the administration has honored the honorable Deputy Commissioner Mrs. Ashika Jain IAS for the meaningful efforts being made by the administration for the development of the district and solving the problems of the people and for maintaining better coordination with the media world.
The Deputy Commissioner thanked the entire association for this honor and termed the seminar organized by the association as a constructive step and expressed his agreement on the points and issues raised during this and assured of all possible cooperation from his side and also described the cooperation of the media as very important for the progress of Hoshiarpur district.
