Jalandhar December 27 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- NCC cadets of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya Jalandhar attended Combined Annual Training Camp-42 (CATC) under the aegis of 2 PB (G) BN NCC Jalandhar. This camp was organised in Jalandhar Cantt. The Cadets actively participated in PT, drill, weapon training and various activities, lectures and competitions organized during the camp. The cadets won various prizes in the competitions. Cadet Nikita, Mannat, Deepika, Komal, Pooja, Mannat won silver medals in Giddha competition.
Cadet Komal and Pooja won silver in group song. Cadet Ashmita won silver in quiz competition. Cadet Haniya won silver medal in weapon Assembling. SUO Deepika was honored for performing her duties efficiently as company senior. Commanding officer Col R S Lehal, SM congratulated the cadets for successfully completing the camp and for the prizes they won.
Principal Dr Mrs Ekta Khosla also congratulated the cadets and said that NCC cadets of HMV always brought laurels to the institution. HMV is proud of its NCC cadets. On this occasion, ANO Lt Sonia Mahindru was also present.
