The discussion emphasized the effectiveness of Play Therapy for children aged 3 to 12, especially those struggling to express their emotions verbally while dealing with trauma, anxiety, grief, behavioural challenges, or developmental delays.

The session also included a critical analysis of the advantages and limitations of Play Therapy. While its proven success in enhancing emotional regulation, communication, and self-esteem was highlighted, the challenges—such as the need for specialized training, possible misconceptions, and context-specific implementation—were also thoughtfully examined.
